Although I had high hopes for these as wrist weights, it is impossible to use them as wrist weights as they are so large. It took the entirety of my forearm to lift these weights, even though I am slightly over five feet six inches. My return was a result of the bulky nature of the products. The individual bags that make these weights adjustable are also extremely difficult to remove. It is impossible to remove the weights, and it is even harder to get the bags back into the stitched compartment, so these are not recommended for those who need or want adjustable weights.
