A terrible product and customer service

I had to return it the first day because I broke it all after playing with it for two hours. My contact with the seller was answered basically with the statement that it is an Amazon product and they cannot do anything about it. Customer service is terrible and the product is terrible.

It is fun, but there is no easy fix for breaking the string

It is difficult to rewind a string According to the person who uses it you want the size for a different length. When the string breaks, it can't be used again, which is the case with older adults who wanted longer strings, and younger children who wanted shorter strings. Replacement of the ball and adjusting the length of the cord need to be easier.

Adding water to the base does not cause it to Even if they hit the hardest they do not seem to be able to move it. I don't know if an adult would be able to move it at full power either. In spite of playing a lot, the elastic did detach after a few days. It's tight on now because I retied it through the loop, and the tension means it won't come off. As a result, we are happy with the results.

This product was a similar one I bought from another company, but I didn't receive it after two months and had to cancel my As a result of my prior experience with this one, I was hesitant to order it. The only thing I'm glad of is that I did! The set is easy to assemble and is enjoyed by my family as well. There is a good chance I will have to buy an extra one since they are all clamoring to play with it.
