My 14-year-old daughter, who stands 5'7" and weighs 110 pounds, wears these Junior/Adult size L shoes. Her uniform requires them to wear white, which shows dirt, but you have to wash them frequently anyway because you sweat so much. They will shrink if you put them in the dryer.
