Halex Volleyball Net - Official Heavy Duty Cable (Orange)

It appears to be more beautiful than it actually is when pictures are misleading. The fence we put at the end of our driveway serves as a gate for our small kids when they are playing outside. Our nets have gone through several iterations, some that do not perform as well in the winter as I find this one to be rather flimsy and cheap-feeling. The pictures made this net look decent and I like the orange color. I have purchased better nets for less money on Amazon before, but this one was better made and it was less expensive. This net appears to be poorly constructed and the materials are poor quality. I will be buying another Gold Metal net from Amazon (you can find them there). The nets are made very well and are very durable. Two winters were spent outside with the last one. I don't think this Halex will make it to summer's end.

While "Mommy" was in the hospital, I stayed with my son's kids for three weeks. On the day I was there, I browsed Amazon in order to find something fun for them to play with in the backyard. They love to play sports and saw this as a real treat. Children in the neighborhood were just as excited! It doesn't come with poles for setting I didn't realize this until after I purchased it I assumed everything needed to be included in the net, but it's just a net only. It's not necessary to buy the poles to set up the net, but you have to buy them to do so.

The nets were ready to use right out of the package. The quality of the product is extremely poor. Within a few minutes of getting out of the box, the nets (pockets) were ripped. These cords and netting materials are some of the materials that make up the net It is even possible to stick squares This cable runs the entire length of the net When I tried to tighten it, it broke as soon as I applied pressure. As the 4th of July holiday is near, I had no choice but to modify it in order to play. The bottom line is this This is not a worthy purchase, save your money.

Despite the shipping being a week early, I am so impressed with how fast the net arrived! haven't been able to put it up yet, but by the looks of it, it is pretty well made.

Buying this net in 2010 has been a great experience. From the day I received it, I placed it outside and left it there. Through the New England winters, winds, and sun, the roof has finally reached the end of its life expectancy. The same one would be my first choice if there was another one like it.
