That's all that it is, a lightweight but thin racket cover that is sufficient. Do I have to get a new racket for my $100 There is no. Do you think this would work for my $30 tennis racket? Without a doubt. A quite thin strap is flimsy, and the zipper is decent but the padding is very thin. A good result considering how far it has come.

You are protected. Has the ability to do what it needs to do. My old case from another brand for my old racquet has stood the test of time nicely. Despite being only a little heavier, that one has a lot more substance. In addition to that, my older one had a pocket on the inside for holding my wallet and keys that I really miss in.
