For my son, they are a bit too bug. The size for the boy is about 10 maybe the size 5 was just the smallest, or maybe I ordered them wrong, but the boy is 5 and the size 10 appears to have been sizing down I think a 12 year old is the perfect age. Sports lovers will love it. They are the favorite toys of my son. A little taller than most his age, he's almost 6 years old and definitely on the bigger side. He is up to his knees in claws.
