I'm sorry, but I've never done anything like this before. I've only replaced three springs and found it extremely difficult; I imagine a special tool would be required to replace an entire mat. Customer service, on the other hand, is excellent. Make a phone call.
My 9-year-old son can stand 15 feet back and catch his throws at torso height, so the distance is proportional to how hard you throw. I can stand further back and get the same result; the rebounder's angle can be adjusted to increase or decrease the distance of the rebound.
It is dependent on the angle at which the rebounder is positioned. It was doing the same thing with us, so I had to angle the rebounder backwards to get the ball to bounce up higher. Keep in mind that this is a rebounder, not a solid brick wall. There are still some limitations. My daughter, on the other hand, is overjoyed.

One of the poles into which you insert another pole was formed incorrectly. The item was well-packaged to avoid damage during shipping, and the metal is thick, despite what you can see in the video. It could not have been bent that way without being damaged in some way. As a result, we were unable to assemble the product, and when my husband requested a replacement, the customer service representative (Victoria) was rude and condescending. It's a shame, because this item is otherwise quite nice, but you can't use or assemble it in the manner in which it was sent to us. br>br>We attempted to contact the company on Friday afternoon, but they were closed, so we were forced to wait until Monday. They refused to send us the part, insisting that it must be a shipping issue and telling us that it was out of their control and that we should deal with Amazon (NOTE: br>In the package, it says to contact them if you have any problems, which is why we didn't contact Amazon right away. When the company refused to assist us, we had no choice but to turn to Amazon for assistance. I am an adult lacrosse player as well as a youth lacrosse coach. br>After two years of use, here's my verdict: br>br>This is a nice big rebounder target that has held up well after spending 6 months outside each year. There aren't any issues. It's simple to adjust the angle, fold it up, and store it flat when not in use. br>br>What I don't like about it is how much energy is expended when rebounding. br>br>It isn't a problem for me because I am confident in my shot/pass, so I can confidently apply the velocity to get the ball back to me. However, my youth players, particularly the younger ones or beginners, are unable to throw hard enough to cause the ball to return to them at a distance from the rebounder where they will have sufficient reaction time to catch it.

For our son, we bought this rebounder. The box was in good shape, but the poles had been damaged. As a result, the accident had to occur at the factory. Quality assurance is lacking. We had to physically open one pole with pliers in order to connect it to the other pole because it had been bent/pinched shut. Another needed to be straightened after it became bent near the connecting pin. The pin had to be hammered in place, and it will have to be hammered out if we want to fold it. It was disappointing. It would be a pain in the neck to return something so large.

It took two people to put it together, and the instructions weren't exactly clear. It's a hit with my daughter, and it's great for stick practice. We have it in the back yard, and it blows over frequently during storms, but it's not damaged. I would recommend investing in a trampoline tool to stretch the canvas, as it was a difficult task to complete. So far, my daughter loves it, and it's been through the snow, rain, and other elements with no signs of wear!.
