Nope. Dicks Sporting Goods was where I got my belt.

Is it OK if I practice with these?

They're called "practice" pants for a reason. Keep in mind that there are no leg or knee pads on these. Those will have to be purchased separately or as part of a practice pant.

If I have a 36-inch waist, what size should I buy?

XL is a possibility. I'm 34 inches around the waist, and L still feels too tight around my love handles.

Correct, these aren't integrated, and what about men's sizes? Wasn't it the women's department that was mentioned?

Sizes are for men. No pads are required.

You must buy a belt to keep your pants from slipping down to the middle of your backside, especially when squatting. Pants are a real pain to wear.
