When I was suffering tendonitis in my elbows, I bought this product to protect them. This elbow pad molds perfectly to your elbow shape thanks to its hexagonal padding. Over others, this is a big plus! Be forewarned however, they have very long sleeves, and they go from my wrist to the top of my bicep. I'm 6'6 and have long arms, so I have a very long sleeve. The top of the hat can sometimes get a little uncomfortable on my upper arm, which is why, like most guys who wear them, I roll the hat down an inch or two. Overall, this elbow protector is of really high quality.

You cannot return your items to them. This website does not let you work through Amazon like it does on other sites, instead directing you to their website, but without a real explanation of An adult medium was too small for my 12 year old, but it would have been fine for her. It is highly recommended that you avoid this company if you are not sure what you are getting. The padded arm sleeve is also not a pair and is only one.

Having owned the McDavid 6500, I can attest that it is a winner. Despite the sleeve's comfortable support and the hex padding's protection, I found it to be uncomfortable on my wrist. I like them, but I have one drawback they don't hold their grip well, and they slide down my biceps frequently. In the case of the upper end of the sleeve having no-slip silicon inner rings, I'd rate it 5. 0 out of 5. 0.

It takes me from 12 to 16+ hours per day just to sit at my desk During the workday - I wear these as much on my days off as I do on my workdays. They protect the nerves in my elbows that have caused me trouble in the past and even allow my arms to feel cooler during the summer.
