People make mistakes, so I get it. If you wait for a softball pitching mound to arrive, but instead a baseball pitching mound does appear, it's not a good experience. You call up customer service and are told that the warehouse has to be contacted before I can return this item, so you have to wait for a phone call for 2 business days. This madness has now reached new levels. If you want your money up front, then I also expect to be paid for my product up front. We are waiting, waiting, waiting. The coach is unhappy. If this issue is resolved in a timely fashion, it would be great.
