This fabric is fantastic. There is a little too much horizontal baggyness in the design, but the fabric still retains its aesthetic appeal. It is wrinkle-prone and cannot be ironed, while it is easily wrinkled. In order to maintain the cool look and feel, don't sit or stand on the chair or lean on the desk when sitting. Otherwise, kink marks will appear instantly and ruin the look. Although it seems to flatten itself over time.
There's a layer of light lint on the inside, which is cheap and can be easily broken, but it's still useful.
Obviously, it's a light jacket, and the style is just like the ones I remember (I'm still stuck in the '50s, where The name signature jacket comes from the fact that they have baseball players' names embroidered on the front, and the coach has "Coach" embroidered on it as well. I imagine this would be a good experience even if it wasn't ALL that nice outside- Feel is all that lines the inside of the bag. A thin layer is ideal. It won't keep you warm from anything, but it will keep you dry.
There is a LOT of chest space in this, and the waist is extremely tight. It is too small for me to wear. The news really bums me out. As soon as I bought it, I started trying to stretch the bottom out, but I couldn't do it. It's ok the rest of the time. I'm sorry for your loss. As soon as I got it, I was overjoyed.
It is a light satin jacket that is easy to wash and looks fantastic.
With my cuffed wrists, my buttons jiggling as I walk and all the looks that I get from the ladies, I can't escape the attention. In a lot of cases, I don't even wear a shirt with it. I'm drawn to its silky smoothness and love the feeling of it. Even the coaching shorts from this era would be of interest to me if they were made today.
The jacket is a big hit with my son! It keeps my child warm and stylish although I thought it would be puffier like I had when I was a kid.
