In an attempt to reach them since I sent them an email a week ago, I failed. Even though we have not heard back, we will keep you updated. The company seems to care about other people less about their own customers.
It turns out you can choose the color of your online purchase, such as if you chose purple, Amazon will give you a purple order. and if you chose pink, Amazon will give you a pink one.
The only difference is that Amazon also sells Magic Star stock as well as other Magic Star stocks. The only warehouse where Magic Star stock is sold is Amazon.

It is a beautiful thing, but the adjustable parts aren't right for her. As for the bolts and knobs, I think the side that does sit right is the ones that need to be level up. All the parts of the back leg get positioned the wrong way when they are put together in a picture. Trying to compromise stability by using only the smaller knob so the leg was like that of the front leg and not of the back. Our odds of winning came down to one following every combination we tried.
The beam itself is of excellent quality. It will be an enjoyable process for my daughter to play with this toy for many years to come. I only have one complaint--my only disappointment is that my purple beam from the "magic star" color option disappointed her (which she most likely enjoyed). Because the item was a Christmas gift and had been opened at the time to set, it couldn't be exchanged. Check it right away once the value of the color becomes of of major importance to you! When ordering, I would suggest checking it right away if its of major importance to you! The overall review was excellent.
We did not adjust the beam. In only a few moments it sat on the ground. Although both of us have a capable keyboard, we didn't have the capability to adjust the parts.
The balance beam seems well constructed and the wrapping on the beam looks strong- This seems to be a durable beam. Nevertheless, the claws of cats are still being dug into it regularly. She gained increased confidence with the height adjusted as she grew to a higher level. Excellent choice for young gymnasts to pick up on.
This color is absolutely adorable! While my daughter is obsessed, her older brother enjoys doing tricks on it as well.
My daughter is 5 years old and was bought this. It was well worth the money. Very easy to set up. It is flexible and allows to increase the amount of clearance at all heights (when used, it stays on one foot no matter how well you adjust it). Her 12-year-old cousin loves it as well (his cartwheels are so fast). Purchase of a pandemic product is a truly great experience!.
The foldable beam is not as good as this product. This morning, daughter had it taught to her, and she loved the experience. After only a few minutes, the screws were in and ready to be installed.
However, my kids love the pink and purple design and usually use it.
