The leather is very good quality. I have a long necked 16, so it fits me well. A good amount of adjustability seems to be present with the 2H guy. There might be a problem fitting very thick necks without adding a hole, my guy has what I would describe as relatively thick medium cresty neck, and the last hole fit perfectly. Probably not suitable for a baroque-built horse or a horse with a more massive frame. My perception of rubber reins is that they're not usually thick enough to bother me, but these are a bit As long as I get used to them, I should be fine.
Rubber reins and strange color, but it did One of the things I was going to borrow had a tight loop for the girth, which made it difficult to feed a fleece girth through. There is a quality to the leather that I was not expecting. I can wear it with a 14-inch waist. There are three hands on the.
Despite the fact that the leather is heavy, the reins are pliable and not stiff, and I found the rubber thicker than I thought it would be. It's a great product for a great price. You can start using it right outside of the box after purchase. It is a perfect fit for my 17-inch leg. Compared to buying the same thing in the U. S. , I found this to work extremely well for 1 TB, and I liked that the reins were not too short.
As a whole, the martingale works fine. Despite the ad clearly stating the reins are rubber, I somehow missed it. The rubber is thick and stiff, which makes it very difficult for me to ride on them. In order to prevent my hands from being torn up, I wear gloves. It was too late and I instead bought a Tory german martingale set in all leather.
The quality of the leather is quite nice. It's a bit thick around the reins. There was no metal circle for clipped versions, so I needed to create a loop at the girth. It would have been nice to place a keeper under the neck, but no keeper has been found.
I am 14 years old and this martingale fits me. A perfect pair of 2 hand Arabs. Its leather is very nice and does not need any breaking in time. Despite my frustrations with the purchase, I am happy with it.
Seeing as I ride a 17hh gelding, this cant be more perfect for him, grippy rubber reins, not a fan of the rubber, but it's ok. I do not have a clip considering my dressage girth does not have a D.
