Questions & Answers

What is the best size for me? Can you provide me with the measurements?

The size of the knee pads depends on how tight you want them to be I ordered a small since I have bad knees and the pressure helps. My knees are about normal in size. My recommendation is that you get a regular shoe if your knees do not need to be too big or too small.

These are the best knee pads for muay thai and mma (bad reviews are irrelevant, check them out)
5/5

Knee pads that are absolutely fantastic. My primary intent is to use them for muay thai so I can throw knees without having to worry about hurting my sparring partners. As a pro coach, he recommended we all get them to protect our fighters from injuries (I was not accustomed to being asked for these in a muay thai gym), but I have to admit, they prevent accidental trauma to the kneecap. * To give you an idea of what these pads offer with respect to mma, here is what you might not have seen in the product description The knee caps are designed to move with the knee as it moves. To begin with, the padding is stacked so that the knee can more easily flex, and to make sure it covers both the striking surface AND any sliding that one might do on the knee. Shooting for the takedown, for example You can prevent damage to your own knees and to the knees of your partners. Please take note of the following The product has a relatively low rating (3/5 stars at the time that I wrote this), but the only negative review is from a reviewer who singled it out as one star and said
- In the first one, it says they only received one instead of two pads. The problem is with the shipping rather than with the product. I'm sure you know this! One review demonstrates the pads are fantastic, says nothing but positive things, and still only awards them one star (I would guess that was a miss-- Simply click here. The venom pads were too tight for you to be able to flex your knee comfortably. I tried every type of pad on Amazon and these things were by far the best. I have never given a 5-star rating to anything else because all of the others are either too soft or too bulky or simply won't fit while wearing a shin guard.
Easiest 5-star rating ever.

It is the legs of the bird
3/5

They do seem to be well made and are great for people who have bird legs since they are easy on the knees. In addition, rowing, swimming, biking or gymnastics are not activities that will allow you to fit these on your thighs without cutting off the circulation.

A great option for legs with a larger diameter
5/5

If you have big legs, this is great. It was too small even when I tried the largest one from Venum.

The insoles are great and do not feel bulky at all
3/5

The Muay Thai section is larger. The sport of Jiujitsu is practiced by our son. Knee pads for volleyball for women are used by him. They're cool and don't take up a lot of space.

I found these to be the most effective knee protection I could find for my 45
5/5

From Kung Fu to Krav Maga to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I do a lot of martial arts training, and these are the best knee protectors I can find to protect my 45 year old knees from throws and mat or floor impact. It is true that they do wear out and need to be replaced fairly often to maintain the level of protection, but with my amount of activity, I don't see how I can expect anything less.

While the sizing info may be a bit off, the material is very durable
4/5

These are excellently made, and very sturdy, but the sizing information may be a bit confusing. There is a gap between her trousers and her waist. Her regular pants are too small. My wife is in reasonably good shape, so even a petite adult woman would need extra larges, and a grown man may not be able to fit into extra larges based on this measurement. I ended up giving the regulars to my son, who fit into them as well.
