Questions & Answers
This bag is light even when fully loaded. It has a lot of strength and can withstand a lot of pressure. It's fine even with one strapping.
If you get caught in the rain and immediately head to your car, the bag will not be soaked. However, if you try to play it out or drop the bag in a puddle, it will absorb the water. Yes, it's resistant, but that doesn't mean it's waterproof.

SETUP SHOULD BE DONE WITH CARE. I spent a week looking for the right bag on the internet. The $20- Some people said not to buy the $40 ones because of the reviews. They were either poorly constructed, would not last long, or simply did not pass the muster. This bag, on the other hand, is exactly what I need. Despite the fact that I am a beginner disc golfer, my growing disc collection required a bag. I can fit WELL MORE than what they advertise: over 20 discs in the main compartment, over 5 putters in the top pocket, and a few more here and there if necessary. I also keep snacks in a separate pocket. It's also handy to have two water bottle holders. I have the capacity to carry two bottles or one bottle for each of my friends. The only criticism I have is that the straps are too thin; I wish they were thicker. br>br>Another thing to watch out for is how the bag is set up. It comes in a flat box with the "skeleton" inside, which are the pieces that provide structure to the bag. Each piece is a TINY bit of work to put together. Zippers keep them in place. I accidentally broke the zipper while attempting to push the back plate in. But, with a pair of pliers, I was able to fix it in five minutes. Simply exercise extreme caution and delicacy. However, this is a fantastic product in general.
I really like the bag. This is the first time I've ever owned a disc golf backpack. I'm actually getting better at it now- Play the part by dressing the part. There is a lot of storage space. br>br>However, use caution when installing the plastic bag rigidity items. They cram themselves into their zippered pockets like a sardine. A zipper is simple to break. I did, and they quickly sent me a replacement bag, so there was no problem. Take your time with the zipper and watch the installation video on their website. If it becomes difficult to zip, simply move something around.
First and foremost, I purchased this Paratrooper to replace my old Innova bag with backsaver straps, which had served me well for the previous 6 years. br>br>While putting the backpack together, a zipper on one of the internal pouches that holds the structural components broke. I had a lot of trouble getting one of the side pieces into the pouch, and I had the impression that this backpack had a manufacturing flaw. Anyway, I carefully slipped the plastic plate beneath the zipper, just as it was supposed to, and then, as I was zipping it up, the zipper simply separated from the opposite side, rendering the backpack completely useless. I took about 10 minutes from the time I opened the box to the time I processed the return. Based on the reviews, I had high expectations for this bag, but I can see why the high-end disc golf bags (Grip, Pound) are so expensive.
Excellent craftsmanship. The Paratrooper bag was delivered to me today. It's well-made and has a lot of storage pockets. I was able to fit 15 discs in the main compartment with room to spare. There are two bottle holders now, as well as large side pockets. The construction appears to be of high quality. I'll put it through its paces, but given the trooper's track record, I expect it to last for a long time.
The storage pockets are large, providing plenty of room for your drinks and personal items. The only problem is that the main compartment window is too small to easily pull discs out, let alone replace them. Even with only two putters in the main putter pocket, the main disc compartment is too tight and bulky. As a result, in order to avoid the frustration of jamming discs on the course, I can't have my bag at full capacity. As a result, I have to pick and choose which discs to leave behind on each course. Overall, it's an excellent bag for the money. The amount of discs you want to carry affects the versatility and usability of the device.
I was carrying a large over-the-shoulder bag with me. br>br>2 fundamental issues. br>1: The flap that allows access to the disc reservoir at the bottom does not stay open. Either the velcro is broken or the velcro is in the wrong place. Is it because the alignment isn't strong enough, or is it because the alignment isn't strong enough? I do use the upper pocket, which I believe causes the connection to be disrupted.
2: If you grab the top handle from the back and aren't careful, the back will swing back and crunch your fingers. It's crunch, not pinch, that's what I'm talking about. Your fingers are literally dug into by the stiff back. Make the top handle larger, as a suggestion to the design engineer. br>br>1 word of caution: br>It's a big one. I'm assuming they're all about the same size. I'm considering getting a backpack with backpack straps and an over-the-shoulder bag.
I had my heart set on the Grip bags, but then I saw this paratrooper bag that looked amazing and cost a fraction of the price! br>As a veteran, I figured I'd give it a shot, and I'm really enjoying it! br>For starters, despite carrying more discs, the bag feels much lighter. I believe it's due to the way it hangs on your shoulders. It never comes to a halt! That means I won't have to deal with any more prickers in my back. br>The discs come out reasonably well, though I occasionally have to bend one of the outer discs to fit in. br>Overall, I love it and am glad I was able to save a few hundred dollars by purchasing it!.
br>• Depending on the disc mold, it can hold up to 22 discs. • It has two large side pockets and two large water bottle holders for storage. • It has a bottom rail system that allows it to stand up on its own. • It has a separate top putter compartment for two puttersbr>• There is enough room in the bag to throw my shirt or jacket in. If you're looking to upgrade your disc golf bag, this is a great option! It comes highly recommended from me. br>I hope to see you inside the circle.
