I bought this poker table cover in order to PROTECT my table just in case the guys played poker on it. It looked good, and arrived on time. For the first time in its 60 year life, my vintage Danish table from 1960 has been severely scratched! There is no way to explain how devastated I am. Protecting this cover was no longer possible, because it has been destroyed. The fact that I did not realize there were STAPLES-yes, you read that right-means I am an idiot. It's STAPLES time! There is a protective cover on the back of this table. In order to fix these deep gashes in the vintage table, it will have to be sanded down. My table has a genuine antique character, so refinishing it will lower its value significantly. Is this really vintage (chairs aren't vintage)* Please remove the staples from this item! Instead of protecting you, it destroys you. There is so much sadness in my heart.
Checking them all before posting the review would have been a good idea. The padding on five of the 12 that I ordered was torn, and one was broken. I had to send back both. The hinges of all but one of them were broken. It's sooo good. They surpassed my expectations, so I kept them. I thought it was well put together.
