We couldn't find any way to get in touch with the company. My son had to carry around a bag that didn't suit his needs, so I had to suffer and give him one.
Although the picture shows that the bag can hold two balls and have a compartment for shoes, I decided to purchase it anyway. Although the bag arrived, it was only a single compartment in which you had to choose between carrying two balls along with your shoes, or taking only one ball with your shoes barely fitting. It's a good idea for Amazon to update its picture and description so that people are aware of it. Although the bag is sturdy, it's not very light.
We returned this bag as it was not what we expected based on the picture. We were very satisfied with the quality of the bag.

I like the bag itself, but the picture on this product is different from what I actually received. There is no pouch for shoes in the one I got. The picture shows a separate compartment for The Amazon website. This is a failure.

I was pleased to find the bag was on time. 3/4 of it is beautiful and seems well There is a zipper on both sides, but the top is made of a cheap-looking piece of clear plastic with velcro on one end to make it easier to put in the balls. There is only a two ball bag in it, and that is all it contains. This was a difficult task for me. You'll have trouble getting shoes and accessories in this bag if it has two balls in it. Find some other bag to carry shoes and accessories in.
