As I said, I understand what I am trying to say. A number of SureFire and Streamlight tactical and hand held lights are in my collection. It was a good buy for me to buy one of these Olights. The following is a review of my second purchase, which turned out to be nothing but a waste of money. There would be no sighting in of the laser. When I found out the lights were made in China, I was a bit shocked. I apologize for my error. Most of the stuff I buy is made in the US. As soon as I tried the light on my gun, I sent an email to their support. I got an email in four days saying I had to e-mail them a copy of my receipt to prove where I purchased A few days later, it was completed. It's been radio silence since then, and I've received no help. Follow-up emails have been sent, but no response has been received. In my opinion, they did not respond intentionally so that my ability to return requested via Amazon lapsed. In my opinion, this is a total loss. You should stay away from this junk made in China. Streamlight or SureFire are good quality lights to buy.

Is the quality of the laser adjustment screws low for a light that costs $160? I literally stripped the heads off both screws without putting any pressure on them. I have a laser that will never be able to zero I really appreciate your help.

In order to use store brand CR123 batteries in the Olight, you will need to remove the rubber spacer located at the bottom of the battery well on the negative (-) side.
I used a pick to pry up the rubber washer in order to get at the weak adhesive holding the rubber washer in place and to get at any type of CR123 battery. I appreciate your "custom" batteries, that you mentioned in your email, so now I do not have to rely on them.

In the past year, I've purchased a second Olight product. A Valkyrie with a strobe feature was the first. The light is awesome, and anyone would be lucky to inherit it. The Valkyrie was already on my Mossberg shockwave, but I wanted to add a laser for easier shooting placement on my hip. Although I have found this unit rather than two separate accessories, it does have some flaws. It might be constructed well, but there is some uncertainty about The person would not be pleased if it was going to be used on something where accuracy was important. It appears the elevation adjusting works fine, but the windage adjustment doesn't work at all. In the event that it is possible. Considering it’s going on a very short barreled 12 gauge about to be fired at the house, I tried to move the laser to keep it from freezing. A front bead can be seen from 10 yards away. Neither of them can be gathered In either case, I am still 6 inches behind where I would like it to be at any distance. I tried it at 20 yards (further away than I would ever expect to use this weapon in my home) and had the same result. It will go with me because there's a weapon mounted on it that will spread a pattern. If I were going to mount it on anything other than a shotgun, I would be disgusted. This could not possibly be mounted on a pistol or an AR platform, and I'd expect it to work. I am disappointed.

The light from the weapon is great. The software is easy to install, but once it's on, it's there on the whole computer. My Glock 22 did not move after 200 rounds fired through it and I fired 40 rounds. When turned up on high, the light is blindingly bright, while at low it is too bright to be noticed. Aside from that, it has an extremely effective strobe function (the only complaint I'd have about this flashlight is that it's hard to activate the strobe). Using the laser was easy, the zero held well under fire, and it was smooth and adjustable. I was extremely pleased with the results.

For situations where the light may be needed for a short period of time to temporarily blind, it is quite bright and right on point. You can manipulate all controls either with your right hand or your left hand. Durability is an aspect on which I am not able to comment. While I have not yet put it to the test, I am confident it will hold up well to my type of abuse. Given its sturdy (quality) construction, I have no reason to doubt this. Honestly, I like this setup so much that I am seriously considering replacing my other Shurefire remote control set up on one of my SBRs with The brightness is the same or superior to a standard projector (spread and hot spot) while the screen is more compact (less bulky). As a whole, I would highly recommend this light/laser combo to any potential buyers, especially those who are on the fence regarding this product considering its competitive price and overly advertised popular counterparts on.

7 . You will barely be able to see the green laser in videos of this light when it is on, but I can tell you that despite all the light settings (high/low/strobe), the green laser is VERY visible. The low price should not lead you to think the quality isn't there, as this light is sturdy and built with the Olight quality you'd expect to find on its brand. I was originally considering a Veridian XL5, which is what a friend of mine owns. Compared to the previous light, this one feels much more sturdy, and it is half the price. I am now a fan of the Olight brand. The light/laser on this weapon is highly recommended. As much as possible, I would rate it higher than 5 stars.

This light/ laser was an exception. I never review products but this light/ laser had to be reviewed. It was like no other product I've had before. Packaging, product quality, and holding zero after 200 rounds made me so impressed. With highly visible light, a crisp laser and comfortable controls, this device is extremely bright and high-quality. My previous high end light and lasers cost 3X as much as this product. This product is just as good and still cost a fraction of the cost. Worth the price.
