Running on 600-watts of power This thing works great at 800 PSI, turning on and off every time, but at 400 PSI, the on/off doesn't like to work, so I have to unscrew the tank halfway and then screw it back in to get the air back on. With a low pressure tank, you can sometimes smack it on really quickly and it will work, but it is very temperamental.
It serves as a deterrent to predatory varmints. This allows me to keep the bottle on all of the time and simply pop it to allow air to reach the action. I'd feel compelled to unscrew the bottle if I didn't have this.
For any emek, this is a must-have upgrade. One of the most important upgrades you can make to the emek is to add an on/off asa (followed by the hair valve and the dang trigger).
It's a little pricey, but it looks great on the Emek 100. It eliminates the need for o rings and has a nice, clean appearance.
If you don't have access to air, you don't need to worry about safety.
However, there are times when he feels compelled to vent. It's a little picky, but it gets the job done. I was given an unusual one, according to my sources.
It takes two minutes to set up. It really works. Will reduce the amount of wear and tear on my tank.
It took me three minutes to complete the upgrade.
