The photos were taken with my iPhone, which I don't believe was properly set up. It was a drizzly day with a high chance of rain. There is no scope in the first picture. At 20 X, I'm in second place. At 60 X, I'm in third place. The view appeared to be fantastic. The zoom function was excellent. I would recommend this scope to someone who is new to scopes, as I am.
I'm still learning the scope's nuances, but the consensus right now is that the glass is crystal clear from about 10 yards out to 200 yards at 20x to 60x. So far, I've used it a lot for analyzing shooting results from 5. The image of 56 NATO ammo was very clear even at 200 yards. It was easy to spot the holes. The scope was not overly large, in fact, it was much smaller than anticipated. I didn't use the tripod that came with the camera because I have much better tripods. At all focus lengths, the scope was still a little jumpy, but especially at 60x. So long as you can set it up on a solid foundation (without or out of the wind) and look through it without touching the scope or tripod, the image will be stable.
Setup is a breeze.
I received the item on time , the phone adapter is offset (3 L shape grip) , dont know if that is expected to be like that , the scope is very clear at%.
This scope has exceeded my expectations in every way. I like the bigger viewfinder and the adaptor for taking pictures with my smartphone. The construction is sturdy and the operation is simple.
When I first got the scope, I was blown away by how well it felt in my hands. It has a solid feel to it and a great view. Focus knobs are simple to use and provide a clear image. I simply haven't had a good object to rate the 60 zoom on during the days. The only drawback is that it is slightly heavier than expected, but not excessively so to warrant a one-star rating. The phone mount is a little tricky at first, but once you figure out how to align it, it's very simple to put together. Overall, I'm happy with the product.
I purchased this scope for the rifle range, but the phone adapter allows it to be used for a variety of purposes. We took it on a hike yesterday and were able to see things from a long distance; the fine focus is a plus at high power.
Upgrade Prism Spotting Scope by LANDOVE - 20- Hello, I started backyard birding in 2019 and have been very casual about it. 60X65mm BAK4 Waterproofbr> I recently decided that I wanted to photograph or film the birds I see, particularly at my bird bath and feeders. Because my iPhone was insufficient for the job, I decided to invest in a spotting scope. I adore this scope, despite the fact that I had no idea it was only 20X magnification. (smh) I'm a complete noob at this. This isn't a good option if you have a small backyard. This would be fantastic for a field, a river, the ocean, or the desert, but I have to go to the edges of my yard to get a focused view in my backyard: I own a quarter-acre piece of property. So, I'll be getting a new scope with lower magnification for the backyard in the near future, but I love this one so much that I'm keeping it: ) My favorite things are: The eyepiece adjusts so you can place it at an angle while keeping the scope in the desired position, it's easy to set up, and the tripod moves up, down, and side to side. I really like it. The cons: Aside from my own ignorance (which I am attempting to overcome! ), The tripod legs do not adjust in height, which is the only thing that disappoints me. The tripod and scope would be ideal for use at a table near a window in a beach house. I'm going to start making plans to go bird watching in other places, such as the field, the ocean, and so on. - This will eventually get me out of the house to watch various birds and other wildlife outside of my backyard, which will be beneficial in the long run.
