A steel finish has been applied to these antique brass keys. There are no solid brass parts in them.
I have no idea. Yet they are of the highest
We're not sure what the problem is - that the strap is too short or that the cross piece with the knob is too short after the through stud is screwed into the stock.

In writing this review, I am using my initial response. It is important to remember that I haven't put these to the test or put them through rigorous That being the case, my reaction is that they are just what I was hoping for. A look at their weight indicates that they are durable. The description says this is an antique brass finish, so I'm assuming steel or other material would be used. I liked the antique brass look of the tube feed on my Henry 30-inch, although I didn't want to have it match anything else. The first few days have been great!.
My muzzleloader strap had a brown leather buckle with them that I used to set off the trigger. The antiqued brass is sturdy and secure, and they come in a variety of finishes. It would be troublesome to damage the wood with these - just make sure to strap them on right away. If they clang around too much, they could potentially mar the surface of the wood.
It was much heavier than I expected, but it was Their design seems to indicate that they will be very strong and won't have difficulties breaking like some other plastic swivels have. Each swivel is made of metal. My other rifle has a sling and a second set, so I purchased those.
I like how the rifle looks with your laminated stock. A good locking mechanism is also important. It is recommended.
My new Henry 45 was the perfect match for these on the leather strap I added! Typical single shot rifle for the 70 series. Trying to keep it I was going for a) school look and these were the finishing touches. This is a very well made product that cost a little more than the others but is worth the extra few dollars.
The perfect accent to an antique brass snap and screw sling that I received as a gift from a friend. That sling has leather and canvas straps with antique brass snaps and screws. This gun gives a unique look to a Ruger Hawkeye rifle I have. It cost a little more, but it adds so much to it.
I love how it looks on my Henry. A 45-minute drive I only wish they had a matching polished finish instead of the antique finish on the 70. Oh well, we're close enough for now.
With the 3/4" loop to be applied to my DB12, I had no problem making the right choice. When I attach the sling, there is less play.
