Buying is not a good idea
3/5

There is nothing more to say about this piece of Chinese garbage than that. Mossberg 500's long forend does not fit the components, and as a result it cannot be used with the rifle. It is not possible to mount the bracket between the barrel lug and forend due to limited space. The bracket slides freely between the magazine tube and barrel, even if the forend is fully cocked to the rear. The bracket will still free float if you have a shorter forend and action bar found on the newer models. The barrel is supplied with some very low quality foam shim pads to correct this, but who wants foam melted into their barrel after a day of typical range use? Additionally, the assembly of the components is very poor, with at least 10 degrees of misalignment between components. As a result of drilling pilot holes for mounting bolts, there were also small cracks in the metal. That's pretty much all it is. This product is not suitable for mounting on a firearm at all please do not carry it.

This is an easy to install program
5/5

Because the barrel of the rifle is smaller than the mag tube, the wedges are directional. I am very satisfied with the product. I was very pleased with its installation and it was very easy to set up. This is what I installed on my Maverick 88, which is similar to a Mossberg The cheap flashlight was installed for pictures so that I could get the mount on and then select an appropriate If I needed this mount again, I would certainly buy it again! It is my choice to mount my light high vs low, but you can choose either way. When I put my hand on Pump, the hand seemed to fit my thumb better.

It's impossible to create a design that works with anything less than a perfect one
3/5

The width of the opening is 0000". An emergency light. A good design is found in the part of the mount that grips the barrel and magazine tube. For the flashlight mount, however, deviations from the specified angle must be acceptable. A flashlight outer diameter of 0 inches is typically not very precise, and flashlight manufacturers aren't too concerned with it. My flashlights are nominally 1 inch in diameter and the mounting ring will not fit them. I was able to receive my 1 within 3 hours. My scope honing bar that I have tried multiple times, then Dremel drums, then a round file. Note to the manufacturer make sure you take it easy when mounting the 045" light. Manufacturers of flashlights don't really pay attention to O as much as they should. The scope manufacturers feel the same way. In order to have some tolerance in flashlight O, you need to come up with something.

The light is sufficient to be used in low light
4/5

I bought it for my JM pro, which I use in low light settings. It is a bit of a pain to assemble as it comes packed in a box with 5 different bags of parts. Included with the flashlight is the 1inch ring and sling swivel hardware. A rubber pad is further positioned between the barrels for a secure fit. While this may be a good solution for limited use, I do not think it is a good choice for a duty weapon where the device remains mounted constantly. The still remains. This is an effective way of getting the job done without spending a lot of money.

The attachment is really nice because it is low profile
5/5

To be honest, it is a pretty nice and compact light attachment for the price, that does not stick out way Is where it becomes tricky when you stick on the padding to not ruin your finish on your barrel I guess? There was a lot of pressure needed to be applied to the two pieces so that the bolts would thread into the nuts. Otherwise, it looks and works really well, and I would highly recommend using locktight on all the screws to make sure they don't loosen over time.

The Remington 870 MAGNUM, also known as "The American Dream" or "The Power of Gray Skull", was introduced in 1966
5/5

The product looked to be an ideal fit between my barrel and the tubular extension magazine, so I decided to put it on my 870. I assembled it by placing the foam stickers on it and then put it in place. With the nut catching on the thread, I had to use a clamp to force the foam between the two pieces enough to depress it. The Rem 870 fits snuggly and might be a better option than the Rem 870 in terms of economy.

The mount is excellent, solid, and attractive at a great price
5/5

The mount fits perfectly on my Mossberg Maverick 88, just like the rest of the reviews have said. I liked the way it looks, it's solid, and it's convenient to add the sling attachment. There were really only two mounting options I seriously considered, and this one is comparable to the other one at a much better price. Buying a Monstrum product for the fourth time has been an excellent experience, and all of them have been a good value for the money.

Don't delay! Buy it now! I like this thing a lot! I use it on my Maverick 88 and it looks fantastic
5/5

I think this is the best looking flashlight mount I've seen on I love the fit and finish my only complaint is that my flashlight (Streamlight 1L 1AA) is too small to fit There are two different size foam padding pieces included to adjust for a smaller light, however will not fit my dome light.
