I don't agree, the light on the side will make it too wide. It really needs to be sleek and minimalist on the side.
Though I am not certain, I am fairly certain that the multiple layers will produce the desired results. By the way, this is probably one of the cutest cases we've ever seen!
There is no longer a need for TSA locks.
There's no need to leave the clip in as long as you don't want to leave it on. I know you will think I'm crazy but I got this case for my son since he has a tactical AR pistol. I think it's one of the coolest cases I've ever seen definitely beats my guitar case!

Compared to what is shown, my AR pistol is cutout is about the same, though I have a few more customization bits in the foam, which is a bonus. A few thoughts Taking the practicality side into account, I would classify this one as "nice but novelty". How come? Getting ahold of it. A carry handle that fits perfectly for violin cases is more than adequate for carrying a few pounds of firearms and a few more pounds of ammo. When you carry a few pounds of firearms and several more pounds of ammo, that slightly angled handle is inadequate. Combining that with the lack of support for many attachments results in a neat mainly novelty case that would be well suited for people who lived in apartments or a like-where they wanted their guns so they wouldn't be so obvious when they went hunting. The case is of good quality but does not have a shoulder strap, and the violin is not the most popular instrument nowadays.
