I bought a few folding knives from them and I really like them. It was a Mini Griptilian that I bought about seven years ago that led me to buy my first Benchmade. you're something like me and can never have enough knives, I'd like to tell you that I have only bought two other folders in the seven years since I bought the Mini. It was also a mistake purchasing those two knives because Benchmade knives are exceptional in every way and as close to perfection as it gets. Despite their high price, I am confident that I have gotten far more bang for my buck with the Mini. Similarly, the Mini Barrage does not come as a surprise. The quality, craftsmanship, and size of this piece make it a winner. Although I am in love with it, I do not need it at all. In spite of the fact that I carry my trusty Mini Griptilian 90% of the time, if this is your first Benchmade and you prefer assisted opening, you can't go wrong with this model. You won't find it cheap, however it won't be CHEAP either, and it will last you as long as you don't lose it or abuse it.
It's excellent in all aspects. Although I own a lot of knives, these are the knives I use most often around the ranch. Compact enough to fit into a pocket on the front. This feature makes it easier to deploy the blade without having to look at it, which is beneficial if you have ever had a horse down inside When the only choice is to cut a lead line, it's crucial to do so quickly. Self-defense is just as important as self-defence! A traditional folding blade isn't up to the task! While it's rather expensive, it's worth it because of the quality of the design. A cowboy friend of ours just received one as a graduation present. When you cut round bale netting, any knife will become dull quickly. This knife will retain its edge the best of all.
The friend who recommended me this knife gave me a good deal. A knife that allowed for a comfortable carry and could hold an edge was my priority. As well as assisted opening, I wanted it. The quality of this benchmade is evident right out of the box, and once I figured out how to open it, I was blown away. The pin slide that I thought was a switch blade is actually a lock to keep the knife open. I searched for directions on how to use it. On the back is a lock that slides so that it can be closed. There is no need for the lock to be closed at this time since the door With this knife, I can already tell that it's going to be the best I've ever.
They are made of good steel and are of high quality. The mini Barrage is my favorite carry size, and I thought the assisted opening of the Barrage would be a great change of pace. There's nothing I'd like to complain about. It will be a little sticky when you receive it because the "safety" mechanism keeps it from opening when put in your pocket. It is made out of Using just a little bit of white lightning and moving it back and forth 50 times, I was able to smooth it out very quickly.
I really love this knife, but gave it only 4 stars because everything seems to etch into the blade surface (it doesn't have not yet had to use it to cut thicker ropes, but I am certain it will do the job just fine. The clip clips securely onto the pocket, and I haven't had any trouble opening or closing it. I find the handle to be very comfortable in my hand, making it one of my favorite.
For your information This is the message I received.
Knives like this one are not cheap, but you get something that will last for This knife is the epitome of quality. It is so solid that you just know it's durable. You can be certain of protecting the blade because it is sharp and you could seriously hurt someone if an accident were to occur. I love the locking system and it gives me that assurance.
There is a lot of quality in this knife, and I carry it every day. As a result of the clip, I can't give it five stars. This is a hard part to fix if you catch it on anything because it bends outward. I requested two replacement clips from Benchmade customer service, and the company sent me two. One of my replacement clips has already bent out, so I will soon begin using the second clip they sent me.
Even changed the pockets in which I carry the knife and how I carry it. The knife itself is rock solid other than the clip. The assisted opening mechanism is excellent.
