This is an awesome The way you expressed your appreciation impressed me. Shimano and diawa have been my only brands for 20 years and I wasn't wrong about other brands being inferior. Unlike most reels, this one is as solid as A tight fit for the entire device, there's no play or slipping. I have been searching for a low-profile bait caster that includes the clicker for use with The reel casts and tosses as well as my $ 300 zillion or $ 300 cured, yet it has better Purchasing this reel again within the next few months is on my shopping list.
I think it is a little overpriced, but it is still a decent reel. It is very plasticky and feels very light in the hand, so "Super Duty" is a bit out there. It's nice to have the line alarm feature and to drag the line. An alarm switch made of metal and a metal button click is attached to the plastic line alarm gear. In some cases, 1/4 oz is pushing the limits of accuracy, but 3/8 oz+ is reliable. Look forward to seeing how long it lasts. I'm pretty pleased with the overall results.
Cast well and is louder than Komodo small design with wide spool and tie hole so no need to secure it with braid. The price is too good to pass up, and I'm ordering a second.
I'll be trying it out tomorrow with a big cat or two.
