Can you tell me how big this bait is? It was my hope that it would be 2 1/2 inches or less. ?

Bubonic BUGZ squarebill crankbaits are 2 1/2" in length and 1/2 oz in weight. I wish you luck as you fish!

Can you tell me how deep the lure goes?

I call it a standard squarebill with a sweet paint job, so that's a two out of five. The height of the pole was 4 feet. A long cast using the burn and short pause method should reduce slack to five pounds. Light line (less than 10lbs test) can do as much as 7.
