They float to a certain extent, but only just. If you're trying to get bait off the ground, this isn't enough.
Although I did not test hot vs cold water, they are both activated by light. They don't seem to be sensitive to temperature.
I suppose they'd be classified as semi-professional. soft? However, it is not the same as a wet sponge or a hard plastic bead purchased from a craft store. br>They have a rubbery feel to them.
I can't say for sure how big the holes are, but I can fit 0. Through a fishing line with a diameter of 16mm. So, at the very least, 16 mm.

I was delighted to discover that these beads are made of:

Which I prefer (I can always make a floating rig by adding cork, quill, or foam); If you want to use them for this purpose, they won't affect the buoyancy of a float/bobber sliding/slip rig (saving you from carrying multiple beads for different purposes). br>4. They're all visible in the dark! That caught me off guard; I expected the greenish beads to glow, but the yellow ones didn't. When zapped with a good light source, the orange beads also glow a little.

The problem with hard plastic beads is that the molding process can result in a plastic sharp point, which can cause lines to be nicked and snapped. br>br>THE BEST FISHING BEADS I HAVE EVER USED They have a light but firm rubber feel to them. As a result, this is the order in which I place my items on my line. The big bead comes first, followed by the water bubble, the medium bead, the sliding swivel, and finally the medium bead. This way, the eye of my pole is protected at the top, and my knot to my swivel, to which my leader is attached, is protected at the bottom. br>br>I'll also use any combination of xsmall to large jigsaw puzzle pieces in various colors just above my baited hook. br>br>They also come in a handy snap-close case that separates them by size, shape, and color. br>br>I haven't found any drawbacks to this set.
I received my order in a few days and it was well packaged. The box works well and keeps the beads separated in their own compartment. The beads have a rubbery texture and a bright color. Using kastking's 80-pound monofilament leader line. It could even take 100 pounds to get it just right. I'm hoping the color doesn't fade away. I'm looking forward to soaking these thugs.
Something needs to be done. I was expecting one of those packages of jagged, cheap (but great for fishing) beads, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive what I did. With the exception of a few, all of the beads were in their proper slots in the two-sided case, with excellent color, feel, shape, and size selection. If you're a fisherman, you'll know what I'm talking about. Don't miss out on these opportunities.
I make fishing lures, and while I expected them to be made of plastic rather than rubber, I'll give them a try. They appear to be of good quality, but some of them are far too large for my liking.
These are eyelet savers for fishing rods that I use. They're a great alternative to hard beads for bobber stops. They have a small enough diameter hole for your line to slide through so it doesn't slip over the bobber stop, but they're wide enough for the line to move freely throughout.
The beads themselves are fine, but the case is a disaster. I ended up with a bead mess to clean up. It would have been preferable if they had just used a plastic bag instead of the case, or even better, if they had used a good case.
I'm very happy with them, and I enjoy building my own rigs because it's both fun and cost effective.
