Yes, you can put them in freezer bags or an airtight container like a jar with a lid and freeze them. They'll keep for up to a year in the freezer in this state. They can probably be frozen and thawed again, but I'm not sure how good they'll taste if you do it more than once.
They are preserved in a salt brine solution for up to one week (shelf life), they are not in oil but in a water and salt solution, they are not wet but the eggs are inside, and if you store them (as we do in a glass jar) in your freezer for up to 14 months(12 I recommend, but I've seen them last much longer) (best if your freezer is not self defrosting).
In a ziploc bag made of plastic.

They're a lot smaller than expected, but they're still a good product; unfortunately, there aren't any catches.
Thanks. I bought these in a hurry to make sure I had enough bait for the pier (on Lake Michigan in Grand Haven), but I ordered the non-scented variety. Type that can float. br>Because these are small bags, I took two of them and reattached them to a new sac with some floaters. br>br>I went out this morning and used this bait to catch the first fish of the day. br>It was a huge success. Thank you very much, br>.
Great packaging and freshness.
They got along fine. They were needed for ice fishing for trout.
I guess I was anticipating something a little more substantial. I don't believe the $20 price tag is justified.
Thank you a lot. Arrived early and was fantastic. I'll keep you in mind for when I require additional supplies! Thanks.
