It was disappointing

I tried using it to keep the salmon eggs from falling off the hook, but it was a complete failure. The night before, I made a batch of salmon eggs in the little mesh bags and stored them in a jar. The eggs didn't fall off the hook, but the trout didn't seem to like them the next day. It is a waste of time.
