I followed the manufacturer's instructions when using this product. As a point of connection between the boat and the trailer. My sea fox boat is 21' in length. I almost completely loaded the boat and then used this strap to pull the last 6" or so. The strap snapped after the second or third use. It was not undone or unstitched in any way. There was nothing that I could see that could have cut or caused this. All I can say is that the product is defective, and that is my opinion. I've placed an order for a new heavy-duty pickup truck. I won't recommend rhino products because of the duty strap. It could have turned out a lot differently. It could even be deadly. Nobody was hurt, thankfully.

This strap was added to a winch that had a very thin strap when I purchased it. This strap is a lot thicker and was a breeze to replace. The hook is large enough to accommodate my Yamaha VX's bow eye.

I liked the strap, but it broke when I was pulling my 26' pontoon out of the water. This could have been my fault, but it appeared to be constructed similarly to other straps.
