This is a solid brass piece. There won't be any of that flimsy stuff here. It will be well worth your time and effort.
Range finder has no Strada on the back. Please accept my apologies for the delay; I was forced to dig out the unit.

" It's a simple device that's simple to use. The slide was a little looser in the body than I had anticipated, but since it's brass sheet, tightening it up shouldn't be difficult. It's easy to move around with it like this, and the thumb keeps it in place while reading the range. br>br>Arrived in a padded envelope quickly (well ahead of schedule). Rangefinder comes with a small velvet drawstring bag that may or may not be useful, but it is well worth the purchase.
I enjoy collecting small trinkets that a Civil War soldier might have. This device isn't a perfect replica of any known range finder from the time period, but it comes close. I wish the laser engraved "US Infantry" had been removed because it makes the device appear phony.
If there's a zombie apocalypse, this will come in handy on iron sight rifles. Lol. Just for the nestalgia of it, this is a cool item.
The brass looks great, but the twine is flimsy and pulls out. But I added a new line and everything was fine.
I have a laser rangefinder, but you can wear this around your neck and have a quick and dirty rangefinder at all times.
Although it is outdated technology, it is still functional. It's light and portable.
You will not be disappointed with your decision. Although the accuracy is good, the twine is easily pulled out. But it's a simple fix.
Excellent customer service and prompt delivery This book comes highly recommended.
