Questions & Answers

Do you have the buckle version or the ?

It's buckle time. 100 bucks I spent were the best I have

My experience with archery is limited to caliper releases, so I am new to the sport. When you draw back the bowstring, is the risk of the string slipping off the hook high?

In my opinion, there is always the possibility that it might slip off if the string is not seated properly No one has ever happened to me like that. Having said that, the biggest problem I have with this particular release is that it is too sensitive for me. I actually switched to a TruFire Hardcore Max because the Spot Hogg Wiseguy was too sensitive for me.

Is this wrist band small enough to fit my wrist?

Despite having small wrists, I still have plenty of room for adjustment. A sporting goods store is a good place to try one out. There are so many light triggered features with these. You will like it if you try It doesn't matter to me I like my own.

Is it for the right hand and the left hand?

It comes set up for right hand use, but it can be flipped to left hand by removing the bottom screw and flipping it

I think this is the best wrist release I have ever shot
5/5

I give you my hand. One of the best wrist releases I've ever had the pleasure of shooting. The best release I have owned up until now is no longer a factor because so many others I have owned just were average releases. Even though I have my Bone Collector Assassin, I probably group it just as well as this release. Perhaps not because I shoot this release so well, but I find this release so much more flexible when it comes to shooting than There is something finicky about The Bone Collector such as cocking her up and hooking her up. It always seems to be in the way, and always keeps popping up. I have never had a problem with the Wise Guy being fast and easy to cock and hook, no matter the situation It's really amazing how much better it is now. This is a spot on analysis by Spot Hogg.

The best product on the market
5/5

Shooting archery has been a passion of mine for the past thirty I have shot a few different releases, and this is the best. Quite recently I got a Trufire Hardcore buckle and I am really pleased with it. The book had a couple of key things I did not like. I think that the Truefire is long mostly because of its length. My hands are big, I can palm a basketball. I'm quite short, compared to the wiseguy. In my opinion, most people make the mistake of not having a short There is no other way to put it. The hair trigger on this is said to be a problem. Not according to me. The trigger is solid and the break is solid as well. In my opinion, there is no creep at all, and I feel like I am touching a hair trigger. At first, I was a little concerned about the strap's comfort, but once I used it, I enjoyed it. I also like the release mechanism. This is a much better sight for me and my son (13) than a standard scope. Don't look any further, order one right now. The money is well spent.

You hit the nail on the head, Hogg
5/5

Great release. Really love it. It goes off instantly when the hair trigger is pulled. It's very much like the Timney trigger of bow releases, it's awesome. There are two things I would like to share in criticism. My wish is when you grab something, the excess strap will not fall and catch on stuff. I wish there were a strap loop so the excess strap does not flounder and catch on stuff when you grab it. I plan to put a rubber band on it or something like that. The second thing I wish for is a swivel that has an oring, but I am not sure if it would help. To keep your d ring from twirling, you need to pay attention and keep the hand and release completely straight. However, aside from that, it is excellent! The manufacture of this product is in the United States. Easily adjustable, clean and easy to break, and a J-hook to make hooking your release easy rather than messing around with jaw styles. The new smoke is a big upgrade over my old one.

Congratulations on this release

Despite this, however. I am so impressed with the release! A Scott Talon was my first release, but the new models felt too flimsy for my tastes, so I bought this release and I'm glad I did. This release is super clean and crisp. It has a comfortable buckle strap and sturdy hook. On that note, the hook will disengage from the edge if you lift up from the edge since it is a very light lock. The buckle strap is comfortable but isn't as tough, Taking a look at this product, it is important to note that the connector bridge for the release from the strap is short however, this can be remedied by contacting Spott Hog directly and ordering an extension bridge to make it more suitable for larger What are the dimensions of my hands? I have medium hands. To give you an idea of how large I wear on rubber/latex. In general, this is an excellent release and I would recommend this as your first choice if you need to switch from your caliper release to your.

This release is awesome
5/5

This release assists in improving archery form in a very effective way. This lens' geometry and adjustability make it perfect for getting those "surprise" shots that your eye tries to capture. There are a bunch of trigger textures that can be set ridiculously light or pretty heavy as well. I have never seen a release with machined grooves to adjust the length of the body that is more precise and micro adjustable. Other releases may have 3 or maybe 4 adjustable grooves. The larger spanning holes can be chosen from 5 options. I believe the buckle strap is the way to go in order to make sure your anchor is not going to shift. However, boas can vary in placement, so it is probably better to choose one based on comfort. It is either a lie or someone who is unaware of how a release functions that says anything bad about this.

The shots you take will improve
5/5

My first archery experience was 25 years ago, when I was shooting with my As a handheld and wrist release user, I have experience with both. All of them are great, but this is definitely my favorite The hook is easy to grab on to Using this trigger for the first time was a complete surprise. My first couple of arrows went off in a flash. It feels normal to shoot it now after I've been using it for a while. This release is also a great value for the price. Take a look at it. This is something you won't regret.

Released today is a very nice one
5/5

The price is way too high. I found it to be an OK release, but not any better than a $30 Tru-Fi edition I believe that flight smoke is an important component of the aircraft. The majority of people just convince themselves that it's better because they spent a lot of money. A release of this type should cost no more than The truth is It is much more comfortable to wear the flight straps on flights. It is certain that it is not able to I love it. The term would have been better for me to have coined. People in power are convinced millions of people they suffer from the target panic disease in order to take advantage of their money. I mean, get real, you are not at archey at all. There is no other explanation. Enjoy shooting archery with your friends without spending a lot of money!.

The product shipped by the company was different than what was described, so I cannot be sure. Was looking for a locked release, but was sent a You cannot predict what is going to happen. It has returned.
