Selected User Reviews For FootJoy Men's WeatherSof 2-Pack Golf Glove White Medium, Worn on Left Hand
All types of gloves fit me well, but I prefer a medium size. This pair of Foot Joy rain gloves fits perfectly in the medium size, but they are really tight across the palm and knuckles, with very little room for movement. My confirmation of medium gloves is based on a double check of the size marked on the packaging and inside the gloves themselves. It is most likely that I will purchase from a sporting goods store next time since I'll be assured that they will.
The gloves are terrible, I was expecting more from FootJoy but they are what you get for your money. Regardless of the brand, and that includes other FootJoy models, I always wear a medium. The grips on this set are EXTREMELY tight in places that need to be a bit more flexible to help you grip them well. It makes me feel like I am putting on the glove in the courtroom with this set, they simply do not fit well. Moreover, the material is very rigid I think they're just bad golf gloves overall. If you spend a little more on a better glove, you won't.
There is one issue with golf gloves that even if they are taken care of, they don't last very long if you use them a lot. You will make them last even shorter if you do not take care of them. I would say that after about 2 months of heavy use, these began to wear out pretty quickly. As long as it didn't rain or snow, the glove fit and felt fine. The grip had a decent snag.
I've never had this problem with gloves I bought at Dicks or in a pro shop. Upon a single round, the skin started peeling. I've never experienced this problem with the same gloves I purchase at Dicks Sporting Goods. It seems that something is wrong. I had previously posted a negative review on Amazon which has since been removed. If all that can be said is positive, why bother with reviews?.
My wife and I have worn this model glove for a while. These, from Amazon, are a bit tighter fit than gloves I've bought at a sports goods store. The product was as described. I would purchase from them A good glove that is easy to wear.
A bit of an error in the size chart. At the time of purchasing the glove, I based my decision on what the footboy website said. The people at the store told me to go with a medium even though I usually wear larges. I have to say, unless I have been wearing gloves wrong all this time, I find the gloves extremely tight, and they only velcro half of the way around my hand. I am an amateur, but I recommend going a size larger than the sizing chart suggests.
I like the FootJoy gloves a lot. The price here is better than at the course or box store. They are very durable, and quite comfortable. As the heel pad is reinforced leather, I appreciate that it's where wear is visible most often.
Synthetic feels have a weird feel to them, and they're not very sturdy. Wearing out side sticking makes it easier to come undone. Granted I have a sub-par grip and the leather has held up better, but after approximately 10 large buckets it begins to fall apart.
