I was pleasantly surprised by these towels! Due to a health condition, my body cannot regulate its temperature very well, so I use them all the time. Whenever I am hot and flushed, I feel very uncomfortable. As I lowered my body temperature, I was amazed at how well these worked. When I am in a flare, I use them to cool my head, neck, and hands. I have also used them to cool my feet. To regain the towel's cooling effect, simply shake it a few times to allow air to pass through it and it will instantly become cooler. There is almost a magical quality to this! After wetting it once, it can be used for several hours without rewetting. You need to give them a good shake first to make sure they don't drip. I have worn them so many different ways even my 7 year old loves them. They're lightweight and easy to wear. It is all around a great.

The most common use of this is while working hard. a very good job keeping huge areas cool for a very long time. Using this at theme parks as well and it works well there as well, although it does leave large areas of clothing looking wet, it is certainly worth the tradeoff.
