Thought I'd love this product but it was only ok for me, I get continuous headaches and needed something to relieve the pressure, it did the job but it ended up hurting my spine. Therefore I had to change it for something else. liked the fact that there are three different sizes and the prices are very competitive, but unfortunately, I could not use them for what I needed.
