I ordered something, but didn't receive it. Wheels in black are what I ordered. I was shipped green and teal wheels the first time. In exchange for the black wheels I ordered and paid for, I need an exchange. It was the same green/teal wheels that I had originally received. The bag has great wheels, but the wheels are gross

It's a good deal for the wheels because they're well-designed and an excellent price. Cushioned and comfortable to sit on. Despite this, the bag was one reason for my purchase, since it makes it easy to store and transport the pens. It was pretty gross to open the bag and find it so dirty on both sides.

The product I received today is really great and I am pleased with It was rated a 4 out of 5 I gave it a one star because the bag's zipper was broken when I received it. I like the purchase even if the bag does not work but my only complaint is that the foam is a bit thin but the product itself is excellent.
