This one appealed to me because it appears to be of good quality and insect-free due to the buckwheat treatment. br>I purchased a 13" and it has performed admirably. It assists me in maintaining proper posture and distributing my weight between my buttocks and knees to avoid excessive pressure while I meditate. My sessions have gone on for over two hours without any discomfort, and the zipper is smooth and easy to use, the outer canvas cover is super soft, and the inner cotton cover appears to be sturdy and secure. br>I give it a thumbs up. It is worthwhile to purchase.

This Zafu does not appear to be the same as the one in the picture. They have not filled it sufficiently, resulting in a wrinkled cover that will not come out. Although it is stated that buckwheat can be added, the inner cushion is densely packed and only has a 2-inch depth. 3" zipper that can only be used to empty the bag, not to add to it. If you're going to leave it out in a room, it basically looks sloppy and unattractive. br>br>My solution was to buy a pound of buckwheat, stuff it into a small zippered pillowcase, and place it on top of the inner cushion. This worked pretty well, so I'll keep the Zack, but it did cost me an extra $15 to make it work. br>br>The product would be much better if the outside case was made to fit better.

Before purchasing this item, I conducted research and discovered that buckwheat is superior to cotton in that it does not compress after use and does not remain compressed as cotton does. After you've used cotton, you'll need to fluff it up. The cushion is a little heavy, but that's due to the buckwheat and the structural benefits it provides. When we went to a drumming circle, I bought two and let a friend use the other. We were both pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort! I can sit with my knees up and heels close to my bottom because it's tall enough. This position is said to be healthier for your back. (If you're not sure, double-check my facts. ) However, don't overlook the poop squat. After a couple of hours of use, my bum isn't hurting at all. I don't sit on it for long periods of time, not because I'm uncomfortable, but because I have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD). My 10-year-old sister adores the two cushions that my mother purchased for her. These are fantastic! They're something I'd buy again.

It appeals to me. This one is superior in terms of design, construction, height, and support, making it ideal for keeping my spine aligned and my body at ease. For some yoga positions, I also use it as a backrest and yoga blocks. It's a fantastic meditation tool, but it can also be used for other things. Excellent value for money and excellent quality; highly recommended!.

I purchased four of these pillows, and two of the outer cover zippers broke almost immediately. If you aren't careful, the inner zipper containing the buckwheat will unzip, spilling it all over the place.

My meditation cushion is one of my favorite items in my home. I read reviews from other companies and decided on this one because it allows me to wash the cover and adjust the filling to my preferences. I also appreciated how they took extra precautions to ensure that there were no bugs in the filling. Something I didn't think could be a problem, but I've seen it in other company reviews and it can be. My cushion is a smaller size that is ideal for me. I didn't have to make any changes to the filling. I'm also a fan of the hue. I'm grateful for a good meditation pillow that is bug-free.

It's a fantastic pillow. I used to suffer from a lot of back pain, but sitting on this has helped me a lot. This cushion, unlike a floor pillow, assists me in sitting up straight, which improves my overall posture. Because I'm a floor sitter, I use it on a regular basis. The cushion cover is lovely, and it has a carrying handle that is hidden behind the cushion's decoration.
