The first thing to say is that The second problem is that one day later they're totally ripped. I slipped and fell onto the tile floor while walking on my mat. I should've saved up for some cork types. This is the last time I will be buying these.
mats are so soft that I would say using them for yoga is actually dangerous. During the flexing, they squish deeply into the wrist joint, causing intense pressure to be applied to the area. I'll never stand on this, it's too soft, and it can easily be dented or drawn into with a fingernail, and it's just trash. Rather than a solid cork block, spend $5 more and get a solid cork block.
However, there are cases where a thinner foam block would be more suitable I used these when I was trying to squeeze the blocks between my thighs, etc. They are the best I found, and they come in a set of 2 for a bargain price.

It took me some time to research yoga blocks and read many reviews before making my These blocks were 9x6x3, as opposed to most yoga blocks which are 9x6x4. As far as I am concerned, unless I fail to understand something, I am not certain why this issue exists. There is no reason to believe that an inch difference in the blocks will matter The blocks were too soft or left indentations according to some of the negative reviews. Although I have only used them a few times, so far I think they are fine. Actually, they need to soften up a little, so being too firm is out of the question. There's my favorite part price. Some blocks that came as a set were as low as $16. A $20 bill. It cost just $10 and change to purchase these blocks.
It was a fantastic experience to open a double boxed package and be overwhelmed by the quality of the Yoga blocks. It is my pleasure to be able to provide extra yoga blocks to my students. The quality of the Yoga blocks was excellent, I ordered more after being so impressed with the care taken to ensure they were not damaged in transit. It would be a pleasure to work with this company.
Although they are okay for the price, I have no expectation that the products will last long. These are very lightweight, and I think a cheap personal block would be fine for that, but for a studio or extended use, I think they're less effective.
My bathtub is the place where I use it. As part of my bath, I have a shower chair. I am tall enough that my feet do not touch the floor of the bath tub when I sit on the shortest height chair. Due to the fact that I have had both hips and both femurs replaced, it is very uncomfortable for me to let Unlike others I've worn, these are high enough to not dangle my toes.
Perfect match for the description. The color is adorable, and the package arrived in excellent condition. The color was a favorite of my ten year old daughter. She bought it to match her yoga mat from my sister.
