A set of Olympic style bars fits between the plates.

If a person wants to buy a single pair of 3/4# plates, they can do so. have a pair of 1 1/4# plates, do I need another pair?

There are pairs of each of the following 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and 1 lb plates.

Because these do not have paint (Steel option), will they rust?

Because mine were painted, I am not sure if you could spray them with a clear coat if you enjoyed the steel look, or if you could rub them with oil and cure them

Selected User Reviews For 44SPORT Olympic Fractional Plates -Pair of 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1 lb Weights (8 Plates. Total Weight: 5lbs)

I had a client order a set and she was disappointed to find she could not fit a few of the pieces
3/5

After I explain why I gave this two stars, I'll go on to discuss the pros and cons. My wife and I purchased three sets of this so far. My clients have subsequently purchased these products after I recommended them to them. I have linked at least 10 clients to this page. As long as they work, they function very well. I was disappointed to find out that some of the plates would not fit on the bar when one of my clients ordered a set. When I looked at them, I could see that they were different from the rest. As a result of my obligation to trade her for some of my own, I thought I could shave off what appeared to be excess paint and then I ground the extra paint off, but even so the diameter of an Olympic barbell was too big for them. Even though I am dissatisfied with the quality of the plates, I am willing to rescind this negative review if the company sends me a replacement set. An other reviewer had a similar experience and received a similar payment. As such, 44SPORT, this message is sent in good faith that you will support the product. Included are images On the two problem plates and the plate that is in good condition, you can observe that they have different paint jobs. These are just a few of the many plates I have. EDIT

Since it has been a month without the manufacturer fixing this faulty plate issue, I have just ordered my first sets of the "The Friendly Swede" micro plates from Amazon. In the event things go well, I will direct a lot of business their way if they do well with me.

The key to preventing and overcoming plateaus is to do these things
5/5

Having these types of plates can help you achieve greater heights when lifting weights. There are few of these in most gyms. It is not uncommon to see lightest weights of two in US gyms. There are 5 pounds in it. That means your weight is forced up by five pounds. I believe that most people, when trying to increase their 1 rep max with barbell exercises, are just too hard for them to handle. By using them, you are always able to move up incrementally, beginning at weights as light as possible. The weight was 5 pounds. This may seem inconsequential, but trust me when I say that these are one of the My set includes the following pieces - I've been lifting for about five years now They would have been useful years ago if I had purchased them. these products are used regularly, they will totally prevent plateaus from occurring. The following two suggestions are for the organization I don't think the bag they come in is quite as sturdy as it should be, it rips easily, and that's alright, it's not a big deal, but maybe a metal button would be a better choice than a drawstring. There is a tendency for the drawstring to rip easily. Furthermore, I would love to have a set like this of dumbells in fractional sizes. In a lot of gyms, the weights jump from, say, 22 kilograms to 25 or 32 kilograms, making it difficult to increase It is a good idea to make fractional plates that operate both open and closed and can be placed on the dumbell handle. If the circumference is too large, you can line it with a rubber liner on the inside. Place a hinge on the plates so that they are able to open and close, and then add them As an attachment to this review, I drew a quick sketch of the proposal.

Microplates with an exceptionally high degree of accuracy
5/5

Two other brands I have tried weren't as good as this one. Plates are very good, I'm very happy with them. The accuracy of these is a great deal greater than two other brands Because I already have enough fractional plates from other sources I was hesitant to even buy these (because I had enough fractional plates for my use), but I was always unhappy with the previous ones due to accuracy issues and how they fitted My husband was able to get me this brand on sale, so I thought I'd try it. Their appearance is cool, but accuracy was a bigger concern to me. It was great to find all of the plates in great condition when they arrived. It was now time to put it to the test I used my kitchen scale to test the accuracy and was pleasantly surprised by the results. The weight of all 8 plates was very, very close to what was stated. These examples are close enough for me to consider them "on target" for any reasonable application. In the end, I think they totaled 5 when I weighed all 8 plates together. A 002 or a 05 are suitable options. The value of the currency is £ 004. My memory of the exact number is fuzzy, but I remember that it was close enough for me to be I believe that even the small inaccuracies in the end balanced each other out. My home gym has a home gym, and I care about my plates being accurate. To balance the larger plates, I use a balance scale, while to balance the smaller plates, I use a kitchen scale. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to weight plates (they only have one function! I'm not sure why, but that's just how it is. My worries about my loads being accurate are eased by knowing that they As a result, I only collect weights that fit my statement of weight and it took me some time to get my entire collection. In order to know that the load you load on the bar is relatively close to 200 lbs, you load 200 A 203 does not exist. I don't see the reference to You might also want to progress from 200 to 201, 202, 203, 204, and then finally 205, since fractional plates have 10 digits. Could be 200 to 202 is what you are looking for. There is a 5, then a 199 is not what you want. A range of 2 to 203 is given. 201 followed by 1 and then 2. There is a 7 and a There's always a chance you're making random progress, no matter how hard you try. It is by definition the duty of each weight to weigh the quantity it represents. I am thankful for these fractional plates, and I was more than pleased with them. I love how accurate and aesthetically pleasing they are, and they fit perfectly on the barbell. This was the first brand I tried and I'm glad that I did. I was using a set of fractional plates by Iron Bull just before I bought these. While they worked "OK", they didn't fit the barbell very well at all (the hole was too large, so they were loose). All of them were light, whereas the stated zero pounds was 14. The weight is 5 pounds. A total of zero was reached. The weight of the baby is 44 pounds. Assuming all 8 of those errors are present on the barbell, it quickly becomes an unacceptable level of inaccuracy. Your weight gain has now been reduced by about three pounds, instead of four. There are 5 pounds in it. Additionally, you lose flexibility when you remove 0 from the equation. The plate weighs 25 lb. (1/8 pound steps are not allowed. 2) There cannot be a ‘2. An increase of 5 pounds (from 100 Therefore, I bought when I found that annoying. The Rogue 1 is the other brand I tried. The fractional plates weigh 25 pounds. This way, I would be able to The jumps are 5 lbs each. The plates looked nice, but I had to try two times to get one that fit on my barbell correctly. Also, the plates were too random and unpredictable. In the end, I purchased four sets of these (don't ask) and kept the best. A little over 1 ounce weighs one of them. It was the best among them by far, with a weight of 258 pounds (which I consider to be fairly accurate) and a weight of It took me 17 lbs to reach that level (which is not good enough in my opinion). There are 2 out of 8 products I bought that are the best. My other ideas were even worse, so I washed them away. relative to the cost of the item that it was cheaper to just order multiple sets at once, weigh them, and keep the best two instead of dealing Even though I wouldn't want to throw them away, I may keep them around. When you already own the 25 lb plates and you have already spent a lot of time and effort to get them accurate, then they may be useful to you. *) However, you can easily get 2 of them if you read this review. Jumps with a weight component of 5 lbs each) with just the One specialized in a particular area is not required. This 25 pound plate set is made of stainless steel. It would have been easier and cheaper to order this set up front if I had known better.

It is a very good fit and accurate
5/5

I am satisfied with the fit and accuracy, and they fit my standard 2" bar well. There is a little bag that comes with them in case you want to carry them around, which I personally am not inclined to do. On a kitchen scale that goes all the way down to zero, I weighed each one. This is the first pound.
All 8 plates had an average error of less than half a percent (0.
On one of the quarters, the error was the largest Weights are in pounds, and this one Six percent. In total, that comes to six one-cent coins It is one ounce, or 100th of an ounce. The imbalance you would achieve if you were using weights while a fan blew on you would be more than that. The next set I'll order is the same.
