Product Description

King of upper-body exercises, the XMark Dip Station is a top quality piece of strength equipment that's built like a tank and will deliver a full-body workout that will improve your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
With its uniquely engineered uprights, which are gradually angled inwards, you are able to choose between a narrow grip of 21 inches between the handles to a wide grip of 23 inches. If needed, you can change the handles to accommodate either a man or a woman
With its large 2 inch grips and high quality foam, they are more comfortable to use when performing dips than stands with smaller 1" grips and alleviate hand cramps, which are a common occurrence on dip stands
Its upright mainframe steel construction is 2" x 3" and has assembled dimensions of 35 inches, so it can support bigger, taller people as well. The dimensions are 5"L x 23"W x 53"h, and the weight capacity is 500 lbs.
With the XMark XM-4443 Dip Station, you gain access to gym-quality dips that are extremely steady and well balanced. It does not worry about rocking, shaking, or wobbling. Dip stands like this one are unique in design over similar options on the market for use in the home gym

Questions & Answers

It would be easy for the crossbar in the middle to be removed so the unit could be slid under a bed, right?

Keith, sorry if this is a little late and I doubt you'll see it The information may be useful to others, however. Two of your responses are significantly out of sync with my own. (Fixed) and (portable) dipping bars are both on my list of research projects. Apart from the fact that it's fine equipment, I'm determined to figure out how to hide it when it's not in use, since I live in a very My suspicion is that I have found the solution. The portable models I'm looking at, even though there are fixed models as well. In the portable version, when broken down, because of the curves in their structure, they probably wouldn't fit in my closet or under my bed very well. Maybe one of them would be able to. There's still a lot I want to learn about As far as the fixed models are concerned My disagreement with the original responses is as follows There's a good chance you could use many of them in a quasi-judicial setting Dipping stations that can be carried around. According to what we know If you can find bolts virtually identical in length and diameter to those used for fixing the crossbar between the two upright structures, it will be a simple matter of taking them to Home Depot (or Amazon's hardware section) and replacing them. A wingnut (OR, possibly just wingnuts) might be used instead of the original bolts. As long as you are able to match them adequately, I do not see why it wouldn't be broken down within about two minutes without a tool, then stuck under a bed, or hidden inside a closet that is large In this case, the queen size bed would probably be perfect, assuming there isn't already a crowd below. This was tricky, balancing that, and replacing the bolts (which the wingnuts made that MUCH easier. Depending on how well I am able to breakdown and reassemble it, I probably would use it two, three times a week at the very most. I think as long as I get it down and back together, I won't be bothered or annoyed with it. It would be much appreciated if anyone had any thoughts on the matter. My skill level is neither that of a "handyman" nor that of a craftsperson. Can you tell me what I'm missing? Are you going to tell me why this will fail? In the event that I am wrong, I am But I have no idea if I am. The research continues, as I plan on buying dipping bars near the end of the year, and I want to be able to get it set up (or broken down) within minutes and hide it under the bed, or in the closet of my bedroom. Whether or not I'm successful in accomplishing this, I'll let you know. This particular work appears to be a The availability of this hack would be of great interest to those with space problems, such as those in an apartment, or simply those who If you have any comments, I would appreciate it Do you agree with our ideas, disagree with our ideas, or have a better suggestion? What are the shortest and the longest distances from center to center of the angled bars?

The distance from center to center is about 18 3/4 inches. A width of about 20 3/4 in. can be found on the longest side. A long time.

Having trouble deciding what gauge to use?

It is a very robust and well made tool, though I do not know what gauge it is.

Can you tell me how long the handle is?

A total of 25 handles are present. The length of this stick is 5 inches. It was a pleasure to speak with

A must have for fitness buffs who enjoy doing bar dips
5/5

In a nutshell, In my office I bought this to use for my gym since I have a spare room. In the bar dip unit where I have my bar dip work, I dip bars. In the event that I need a work break, I can simply do some bar dips while I am The number of reps I do for bar dips has increased quite a bit. In addition to weighted bar dips, I have also tried it with this machine. Sturdy and safe, it will last a long time. You're making a great investment in your health. Buying this book will be a great decision for you.

I love it
5/5

For many years, I put off getting a dip station. Topping it off, the dip is my favorite upper body press exercise. Having competed in powerlifting and Olympic lifting in the past, I have a strong understanding of On most stations, you'd find A product is either 1) too expensive or 2) too cheap and cheaply made. The one you are looking for is not You can buy a TANK for much less than a teepee. The tapered handles make it easier to grasp this bag, and the height of the handles is more than ideal for me (5'7"), even though I must use the brace in the center when stepping It should be more than adequate for some who are 72 inches tall. It is possible for me to - Make sure that you- The extra 100+ pounds I add to my 180lbs will help me perform better It can hold up to 80 lbs of stuff, which is more than enough for most people. This is a highly recommended product.

It is a great It is a great Since I began working out at home, I have had many different pull-up and dip stations
5/5

Since there is a distance between handles at dip stations, there can be a problem. With this one, the handles are slightly angled so you can adjust how far apart you want them to be. The stool is tall enough so that you will not have to bend your knees too much Since I am 5'10" and can keep my legs almost straight when I use it, I find it convenient. A high level of quality is evident. The quality is almost as good as one of the best gyms. Researching a variety of dip stations was a key component to choosing this particular station. This dip station has the best price/quality ratio of any dip station on the market and you can pay much more for far Essentially, this is one of the best dip stations you can buy if you want a good one at a low price.

Dip station for the home that's perfect for everyone
5/5

In a nutshell, In my basement, power towers aren't practical, so I was searching for a dip stand that would be sturdy and tall enough to do dips as properly as possible. As a 6' 3" and 220 pound man, I am very muscular. It was the only equipment that was recommended by all studies. This looks like a hefty, durable piece of gear. I have shoulder injuries from old rugby, so your standard power tower has flat, very widely placed dip handles that would aggravate my old injuries. In addition to way the handle bars angle inwards, this product is so much better because it provides the user with a position that is either more comfortable or more capable of targeting specific muscle groups in the arm, shoulder, and chest. The reviews of this product on almost all review websites for 'best dip stands' all indicated that it was the best option. I can verify that they are correct. When your triceps are parallel to the handle bars, you won't have to worry about your knees dragging on the floor if you're tall like me. I found this to be a major concern when considering comparable products on the market (sight unseen), that typically adjust up to a maximum height of 35". Having a dip station fixed at 49 is a good idea. This is 5". them together was a breeze, although I think XMark would be helpful without knowing the language By labeling the bolts with the type of bolt A carriage bolt, hex bolt and button bolt are all used. The rest of the report is very positive. There is a sense that you could build a tank on it! Shopping for junk is my least favorite thing to do. You can trust me when I say this is not the case.

An exceptionally high level of It arrived in excellent condition and was delivered promptly

Only a few parts need to be assembled. The bolts are well marked and packaged in a single piece of cardboard wrapped in shrink wrap. The construction is high quality and It should be noted that the foam on handles is of high quality (but has not yet been Thanks to a dedicated dip station instead of multi-handle handles that were not as stable (and straight) I'm so glad I made that decision Equipment should be used. The more comfortable you are with your equipment, the more likely you will use it. It wouldn't be so hard if I could hang on to this beast with a great deal of weight on my back. Flexibility is provided by the angled handles. The following notes can be summarized as follows Take the upright sections out of the box and remove the plastic. While you are turning them upright inside the box, knock on them to remove all debris. Filings/coatings are present, and it will damage your floor as well if you don't use them. 2) The instructions and picture on Amazon don't make this clear I cannot see it at all on the Amazon picture. The logo on the crossbar should face the long side of the feet, not the short side. 2) The Allen wrench provided for the handle bolts has too much coating on it to contact the bolts flush. If you do not want your bolts to strip, knock some off or tap lightly on it to sink it down so it will be a firm grip on the bolts. I'd hand this on to my children if I had any if I were lucky enough to have My first XMark purchase is my first in a series, and I'll be returning to them in the future for other equipment I may need.

There is a difference in quality between this product and others from XMark
3/5

There was no attempt to clean the parts before the powder coating, leaving a poor finish. Ordering from us, don't expect the typical high-quality weights and barbells that you would get from XMark. There are a lot of sloppy productions being produced by this particular XMArk team. This dip station has however been designed to last and be durable.

This would be a great addition to any home gym! Due to the ongoing COVID-related issues, we had to build a home gym The order is for 19 stay at home days

Since the gyms have closed, I've been missing out on dips, which are great upper body activities. I've purchased this, and now I can resolve that issue! In fact, the bar is on the pricey end of the dip bar market, however, the product is of high quality! This item arrived in a timely manner at my home and assembly took which took about 10 minutes using a socket, wrench, and allen wrench (all supplied). My gym membership is one step closer to termination with this purchase, and now I am very happy with my purchase. To give you some reference I am 6 ft 1 in tall and weigh 190 lbs so the width and height are right where they should be without putting too much strain on the shoulders or.

A solid value for your money
5/5

The dip station at this shop is by far the best value for the money I've seen. While I almost spent twice as much on a Body Solid station, this one seems totally solid for my 170 pounds and 6 feet of height. There is one main difference between this one and the Body Solid. In the Body Solid, the handles are welded to the frame, while in the XMark, the handles are bolted on. But the XMark has a solid feel to it. I highly recommend it and will keep you updated.
