Are you able to use a heavy weight ?

Weight 90 lbs. My goal is to prepare for the new Army ACFT by using this program. Everything is fine.

After a second use, the sewing has unraveled

I used the product twice, and after each usage the stitching started coming loose. Sorry to hear that. A message was sent to the seller, but I did not receive We would like to have the item replaced.

The pull strap on the ACFT is not correct

It is not appropriate to use pull straps There should be two handles on each end of the strap, not one handle on a 92 inch strap. When the user uses the handle/strap provided, the user is twice as far away from the sled as would be appropriate. By cutting apart the provided strap, metal handle, and sled, you can significantly improve the quality of the exercise and improve technique. The strap, handle, and sled are stitched together, so cutting them apart would require cutting away the stitching.

It seems to work fine. This is probably fine if you like pulling fast for sprints, but if you like to lift a lot of weight, this may not be for you. You can fit about 6 inches onto a 6-inch disc Olympic plates are 8" in diameter. This product may be too easy to handle on grass, and might not be the best If your gym doesn't have a sled, this would be great, but it is not a substitute for the sled. In the same vein, as with all spud products, the quality is excellent.

There will be no hold on the stitching

Using it on grass has been my experience ten times. The 9 times I loaded it, I loaded 90 pounds on it. The first time was with 125 pounds. I can already see the stitches coming undone I agree that it's a good idea, but it just isn't.

You will get exactly what you see in the picture. Don't forget to order the pull strap, as it does not come with the sled.

I like this product very much! The ACFT is one of the things I'm training my unit for as a 1SG. Without the Spud sled, I wouldn't be able to do it. I am very happy with this product!.

The quads will be blasted if you use it, so it works as it's advertised. The product is very durable and a great purchase. You should just buy this book if you're in training for the Army's ACFT.
