What are your thoughts on the resistance bands? Is it true that they are non- slip?

Hi there! Thank you for your interest in our product; I personally wear these bands and recommend them. The majority of the time, they are non-profit organizations, according to what I've observed. The green, blue, and gray ones, on the other hand, do not sway in the slightest. It all depends on the exercises you're doing and how you set up the bands. Try putting them above joints rather than at them. For example, instead of putting them at the knee, put them a couple of inches above it. If you were looking for a flawless non-alcoholic beverage, this is the place to go. I would recommend a fabric band over a rubber band because they are more durable. The cones are extremely durable, and the product is flawlessly put together. Because my young daughter isn't ready for weights, the resistance bands are ideal for her, and I use them myself. The jumprope is sturdy and will last a long time, but my favorite is the agility ladder, which I use to teach my daughter how to play basketball. It is adjustable, and she loves it. This set is ideal for athletic training as well as general physical fitness. I would recommend it to you, just as I have to all of my friends and family members.

I'm very pleased with my purchase; all of the contents of this bag appear to be of high quality. If you're jumping without shoes, the jump rope can hurt your foot, but it's otherwise fantastic! The ladder is nice, and the stakes are great if you make a lot of mistakes. Although I haven't spent much time with the cones, they appear to be sturdy. I like that the drills are on a sheet. The rubber bands have yet to be used, but they appear to be of good quality.

This was purchased to assist us in maintaining a healthy lifestyle of being (for her) and becoming (for me) physically fit! Everything was nicely packaged; I have yet to try the band, but everything else is excellent. By far the LONGEST bladder I've ever seen is the one on the ladder. This will be a lot of fun for us.
