Although I was terribly disappointed that the insoles fell out as soon as I opened the box, I still bought it. She wore her first pair while just removing the padding, and they did not last long either. When I got my second pair of shoes, I noticed the same problem right away. I reposition the padding every morning so it doesn't slide up the side of the chair, as if they weren't supposed to slide there in the first place.
