It was an excellent match. I would advise you to
I'm 5'11" and weigh 200 pounds, with a 34-inch waist, and the size Lg is perfect for me. I would advise you to go ahead and do it.
It all depends on your waist size when purchasing underwear. They come a little snug, so if you normally wear a large, size up to an extra large for a more roomy fit. Purchase a large size for compression. I am unable to respond based on your height and weight, but I hope the information I have provided is useful.
I am 5- It was too short and too tight for a size 11 with a 34 waist and a 32 inch inseam. If I had to reorder, I'd choose a large, but since you're two inches shorter than me, I'm not sure what to suggest. At the very least, if it's too small for you, you can easily return it.

These are my favorite things! This is my second order, and I'm just as pleased as the first; the price is unbeatable when compared to other high-quality compression pants on the market (think UA). br>br>Because these aren't thick and aren't advertised as such, you won't want to use them as a base layer in extremely cold weather. I'm a first responder, and I wear them every night under my uniform as a fall and mild winter base layer. I also wear them to the gym under my shorts on occasion, usually on leg or cardio days. They're great for running because the small cell phone pocket keeps your phone close to your body rather than slamming around in your loose pants / shorts pocket (or the annoyance of holding it in your hand). Unlike many of the other "cheap" options on the market here at Amazon, they are also cut for a man. In the crotch, these are actually quite supportive. Other companies make cheap compression pants with a "unisex" cut (although they aren't advertised as such) and zero support, which is an injury waiting to happen in a compression pant situation, not to mention extremely uncomfortable. These keep you warm and comfortable during all of your activities. br>br>Overall, I'm a big fan of these. I also use their tops as base layers under my uniforms and am very satisfied with them. br>br>For sizing, I'm 5'8" 160lbs and have an athletic build, so the mediums are perfect for me.
I ordered these pants without knowing if they would fit properly. The size chart is inconvenient to use. My height and weight are 5'10" and 263 pounds, respectively. I took a measurement around my waist (just below the belly button, near the hip bone). My height and weight were both 42. 5 inches. After reading the reviews, I decided to order the xxl size. After a few days, I received them. I was surprised by how nice the pants' packaging was. When I tried on the pants, I was once again taken aback. They're comfortable to wear and have a good fit. I would describe the compression around my legs as light, with a tighter fit around the crotch. It's very comfortable, even though it's a little tighter around the crotch area. If you want more compression, go down a size according to the instructions. These are the only shoes I wear during the day. They're keeping me warm now that it's spring. I'm interested to see how these pants perform in the heat of summer. I'm going to order a few more pairs of these pants. Finally, a word about The waistband, which is a little wider than normal, appears to be a source of complaint. But it's not a problem for me. Because of my weight, the band tends to roll. Even when it rolls, the band is comfortable and does not cause me any problems. In terms of the band's name, I have no objections. If you believe these pants are made of silk, you either cannot read or did not read the description.
These tights are possibly the best Amazon deal I've ever come across. They're only 99 cents each. They are very comfortable to wear and are not too tight in terms of comfort. They're very thin, which I like, but it means they'll wear out more quickly in the future. The pocket is brilliant, and I'm surprised that Nike, Addidas, and other companies haven't jumped on board. In terms of sizing, I would suggest going down a size to ensure a perfect fit; otherwise, they may be too big around the knees.
The pants are comfortable and thick (swimsuit-like thick). However, for my 15-year-old son, I purchased a SMALL (29 x 32) version. They are waiting for him to do something. Sure, he's a skinny kid, but I didn't think he was a skeleton (he's 5'10" and weighs 120 pounds). Oh, wait, he might be). I slid into them (I'm a size 12 ladies with a thick waist). I promptly wore them to the store and promptly wore them out. SO HMMM. Sure, the wait was a little long (I had it set to the maximum), but that sizing can't be right. br>br>Now - I have a muscular physique. I don't have a doughy personality. It's true that I'm a size 12 woman. I don't have a broad chest, thick thighs, or calf muscles. With that in mind, consider "solidly built. " They didn't actually give compression, in my opinion. Sure, they're snug and form-fitting. However, what about compression itself? Nuh- Also - Even though I'm only 5'2", I didn't think they were too long for me. I'm really ambivalent about capris (I think they look pretty ridiculous on 80% of the population), so I'm unsure how to rate that. On someone with massive muscles, they might stretch and provide good actual compression.
