This is an excellent product to go along with the reformer to help compliment your exercise routine. I have been using the same type of reformer in physical therapy for my knees and this accessory is a great addition to make your workout even more effective! This is a product that I will enjoy for many years. I recommend buying it.

We use this jumpboard as a footboard as well as a jumping board. The Stott Spinal, Pelvic, and Scapular Stabilization with Reformer & Soft Core Balanced exercises As a result of the vertical frame training, I have been using it as a footboard, and this is a really enjoyable method.
