The next best size is EXTRA TALL (width 15-inch, length 28-inch, height 14-inch, weight 23 pounds. The pair also comes in EXTRA-LONG (16") and EXTRA-SHORT (16"). Thank you for your request. I'd be glad to answer any questions you may have. A reformer box is intended to be used in conjunction with a Merrithew reformer in order to utilize the foot strap.

Is this box high enough for you to walk up and down it?

Thank you for your request. I'd be glad to answer any questions you may have. As a platform, the Reformer Box is not intended to be used when exercising on a stepper. As well as facilitating various fitness exercises on a Merrithew Reformer while seated or lying, it is intended to provide greater range of motion for the torso, arms and legs.

It is sturdy and heavy enough to prevent it from It is nothing ground breaking, but it is a high quality product. I have immediately tried it with my long box and short box favorites - There were no complaints, and I would recommend it!.
