Can you tell me how high the arc is?

As far as I can tell, the arc isn't very high. Although it gives you lots of room to stretch, it is still very comfortable.

What kind of manual and video comes with the ARC?

It was made for a balanced body reformer, according to a note I saw. What is the possibility of fitting it on an Aeropilates XP ?

Balanced Body equipment is the only way you can make Pilates Arc worthwhile. Reformers such as the Aeropilates XP and other brands will not work with this product.

In my 20 years of teaching Pilates, this is the best arc I have ever seen. One of the things that makes this arc stand out from others is that it has a steep and shallow angle not typical of many others. Therefore, it gives the body a variety of options for different exercises as well as ways to open up the spine. It is my belief that every human being should possess one of these You can keep your spine as healthy and supple as possible with this amazing device.

This is a very light weight product that can be used in myriad When I bought the Mini I was impressed by how small it was The same goes for Mat. Adding a step barrel to an existing step is a great option if you don't have one already. The Pilates Arc comes with a reasonable DVD, and there are a couple of workouts on PilatesAnytime that utilize the device. It fits over the shoulder rests on my Balanced Body reformer in multiple 'settings', making it a versatile piece. In comparison to the competitors, I suspect the shipping cost to be one of the best uses for this product. Traditionally, the step barrel is made of wood. As the cost of producing the product seems to be fairly high to me (since it appears to be merely a layer of styrofoam), I am curious to know what it costs to make it. As for the cost of shipping, it's at least as much as some of the step barrels I saw.

Pilates equipment in its original form

It arrived much more quickly than originally planned. Pilates was one of my favorite activities, and this piece of equipment was one of my favorites. With the DVD, there are several exercises you can do, but if you are not too familiar with how to use it, there are some you can do Besides stretching out my back, I enjoy it a lot as well. Since I am now living somewhere where there isn't a pilates studio, I'm glad I have been able to purchase something that is affordable and actually works as a piece of pilates equipment.

It is extremely hard - so hard that anyone with back tenderness won't be able to use it. That would contradict the purpose of the apparatus for correcting posture and spine problems. I also think it looks unfinished, as if a cover or padding would be helpful. There is no point in having such an In order to have more comfort in the spine, I'd use a bosu.

My car is my mode of transportation everywhere I go, and I stay the night wherever I am In those circumstances, if I leave home without one thing, it is definitely my smartphone. When using it, any back discomfort you may have acquired from interviewing people and typing reports is reduced or eliminated. In the shipping container, it is well protected so that it can travel anywhere. When it is in the car, it is very protected as well. A 'must' for anyone who likes to travel.

It is extremely impressive that the black foam step barrel worked as well as it did. There is quite a bit of weight in it, but not so much When I used the barrel, I actually felt better in my back. Your back is really supported when you're doing ab work with this pillow.

Being able to keep one at home is awesome

My Pilates instructor uses this device to move my spine, so I thought it would be ideal to have one at home. I go twice a week, so it would be nice to have at home. It made me so happy to do it. Although the DVD contains lots of exercises, my instructor advised me not to do anything she hadn't told me to do due to my back issues! I believe that the exercises would be great for your core if you do not have any issues. The product is really helpful for moving more fluidly and easing soreness following stretching exercises.
