Add this optional piece of equipment to the Allegro 2 Reformer for a complete combination. I like it because it's sturdy as well as easy to use (less work than the Peak jump board since you only need to drop it into the slots and you don't need Jumping (e. g. ) would be difficult for me because I have joint problems. Exercises that require a lot of energy (jumping jacks, jumping rope, and running) are By using a jump board like this one, I do not have to use my body weight in order to move. Additionally, Balanced Body has a ton of video clips on their YouTube channel, which are great for giving you ideas on how to use their gear. This is an item I am glad to have added to my equipment after splurging a little.

This is a highly durable and high-quality product

For the past five years, I have taken classes on the same machine. Since the legs on this model are shorter, the seat is lower to the ground. This is my favorite. Reformer exercises are worth the investment if you are already sold on them.

However, I think the leather side needs to be better packaged to protect it. As a Pilates instructor looking to add more workout options to your classes, this is a fantastic purchase!.

Cardio accessories are a great investment

There is a lot of versatility in this workout machine and Allegro 2 provides a great cardio workout. In my review of Balanced Body Allegro 2, I go into much more detail about that. When I unpacked this accessory, I was shocked at just how substantial it was. The back is solid rock maple, which explains why the back is so strong. This trainer is made with aluminum inserts and the front layer of padding ensures you're comfortable for extended workouts. It is definitely worth the price and the shipping is calculated accordingly based on its weight and how well Although you might put a lot of pressure on this, the reformer and jumpboard remain steady no matter how much weight you put on them (except of course for you on the carriage). Moving this board is easy since the board has handles on top. I'm very happy to have received it.
