I'm not sure, but they appear to be quite flat. I also own a pair of Reebok Nano 7s, which have a similar feel to the NB shoe, albeit narrower.
I, for one, do not go for long walks like you do. I wouldn't recommend this for a 5-mile walk if you require heel support. If you don't need support, I'd say yes; they're comfortable and breathable. I hope this has been of assistance.
It can be worn by both men and women. I'm a woman, and I love the shoe.
5 ounces. I bought a size 9. Women's size 5 in the United States.

I recently began Crossfit and realized that I needed some specific training shoes (which I've since discovered is a necessity in this sport). Because of my flat feet, I've never been a fan of Nikes, but I was curious to see how these stacked up against the Reebok Nanos, so I tried them on at a local running store. I was surprised by how much more comfortable the Minumus Prevail was than the Nanos, which still had too much arch for my liking. br>In my Clarks and Keds, I usually wear wide, but the regular width was perfect for me. Although the stability is far superior to that of my tennis shoes, I do experience some pain after running or jumping rope - I'm not sure if it's because of the shoe or because of my flat feet, so I'll get some orthotics.
- 1 star due to the aforementioned discomfort and the need to double knot shoe laces in order for them to stay tied.
I go to the gym four times a week to do my workouts. 5 days a week, primarily heavy weights with some cardio (running, stair mill, elliptical) To begin with, I am a huge fan of New Balance Minimus shoes, but the Prevail is ideal for my all-around workout. They're comfortable enough to run long distances in, and the flat bottom and slight heel incline allow me to easily perform heavy barbell training. When I looked around the gym, I noticed that there were several other people wearing the same shoe.
Comfortable, and after trying a few different brands, this is now my go-to. If you have wide feet, this is the shoe for you; I own all of the colors and they are fantastic. Jump rope, burpees, squats, snatches, clean and jerks, and burpees are all okay.
Except for long runs, which I don't do very often, I've owned a previous version of this shoe and have loved it for everything I do in the gym. However, after a year of daily use, they began to show signs of wear. I couldn't find a model similar to this one for less than $100. These, on the other hand, cost about $65. As a result, I risked it. They're ideal: a great fit, a lot of comfort, and a lot of stability.
They're very flat and stiff, but they're fine for my needs; don't plan on hiking or running in them. They are, however, an adorable color!.
Although the inside of the arch does not provide much protection or grip for rope climbing, I found them to be comfortable and light. These are true to size and a little narrow, which I like.
Because my feet are short and wide, I wear a size 5W. I also noticed that they were flat, which gave me yet another reason to purchase them. I felt relieved, supported, and relaxed the moment I put them on. We went for long walks and it was effortless; if you require flat, wide, and supportive shoes, go for them.
These shoes are absolutely stunning. Crossfit and trail running/walking are two of my favorite things to do with them. This is the second time I've purchased a pair of these sneakers. The comfort and durability have both impressed me. I like how versatile they are. I can wear them for any occasion. I have a narrow fit and ordered the regular width, which fits perfectly.
