What should I use as Do you think I could just wear my sports bra with it on my breastbone?

In the transmitter, there is a H10. Located on either side of the H10, the strap provides the sensors that rest against your upper chest. In order for the strap and H10 snaps to be connected securely, there must be a solid connection between them. It is recommended to moisten the sensors (as per an EKG) with water, saliva, or a gel to ensure conductivity. There was a time when Polar sold a "heart bra" that replaced the straps. You might find something like that if you look around.

If the chest strap cannot be attached, can you attach an armband strap instead? Are you saying that it only works ?

As far as I know, no. You wear the H10 against your breastbone, right between your breastbone and the heart rate monitor. H10 can always be connected to a Bluetooth monitor on the arm which is similar to a Polar watch via Bluetooth. The answer to your question is yes if it is from a woman my wife was initially hesitant to wear the H10 on her chest, but now she is a firm believer and supporter, and it is not

It looks waterproof, but is it really ?

The company's own installation manual states this model is waterproof up to 30 meters! I haven't tried diving with them yet, but it says on their own literature that they provide scuba training! It has weather resistance and can handle sweat and rain!

Is it possible to use the H10 sensor with an H7 What's the difference between one generation and the next for straps?

In short, yes. The H7 strap, on the other hand, I bought alone, and the H10 sensor along with it. In addition to the strap, it is also available separately

Purchased the knew/o strap as a replacement for a misplaced H10, which of course I found but chose to keep since the nee firmware update now supports Ant+. Therefore, I keep one paired with my M460 for use on the bike and take the other to the gym to use either the H10 or T31, depending on the machine I'm on. I like this product because the battery life is not 400 hours but it is.

You are correct! With my Apple Watch, I use it every day when I work out, and it calculates 100-plus parameters There were 150 more calories lost than when I was not wearing my heart rate monitor

I was able to use Bluetooth for one day, but the other transmission worked fine

Blue tooth was only functional for one day, but the other transmission worked great so I had to send it back. I wanted the blue tooth to transmit to my Apple Watch.
